Amazon confirms Kindle DX going International
While Amazon did make it known that the standard Kindle would be getting an international release for a $20 premium, mum was the word on the DX. That has changed as Drew Herdener announced that the DX will be going global. As to the release date and price, that has been left in the dark.
The only thing we have to go by is their word about the DX doing the International thing sometime next year (which could likely mean Octobr 2010). That said, we’re hoping that it will receive the same $20 premium as its standard brother…or better yet, none at all.
