Apple releases new Mac Mini
Seems like this love affair between Apple and the Mac Mini continues. This being the case the Mac Mini has new processors and a choice of three different models.
First up is the basic model which retails for $599, it comes with an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.26GHz processor, 2GB of RAM and a 160GB hard drive. The second version is the $799 Mac Mini which sports an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.53GHz processor, 4GB of RAM and a 320GB hard hard drive. Both Mini models come with a GeForce 9400M GPU and an 8 x SuperDrive.
The biggest news for this group is the new Mac mini server which replaces the optical drive for a second hard drive so that it gives you two 500GB hard drives, 2.53 GHz Core 2 Duo processor and 4GBs of RAM, it comes with Snow Leopard Server, and will retail for $999.
