Blackberry Storm 2 Demoed on Video

We have known for quite some time now that a BlackBerry Storm number 2 was in the works for quite some time. But it hasn’t been until recently that we have been able to have some hardcore evidence that the device was coming shortly (and by shortly we mean end of 2009).

The first major hint came two days ago when Verizon abruptly cut the price of the original Storm to $99 on contract. Further more, we have heard Verizon’s CEO saying that they not only plan to have the Pre in a few months (sometime January) but some new BlackBerry’s by years end. We now know one of those was the long awaited Tour which has been touted as the best update to the Curve to date.

Now we have some video proof that the Storm 2 is not only real and alive but is meaning business. In terms of features, there is now WiFi on the device as well as that controversial “SurePress” screen. From the video demo it does look as if there are some improvements. But mind you this is running on an early build so that explains the glitches and stuff. Anyways take a look at the video below and tell me what you think in the comments below.
