CoolIT PC Mod Is Cold
This is one of the wildest custom jobs I have seen in a long time. Dominic Heise built the custom CoolIT PC case so it looks like a frosty block of snow and ice. The CoolIT PC is named after the system’s cooling technologies, provided by CoolIT systems.
Dominic took his case mod idea and carefully built the CoolIT computer case from scratch, using MDF for the case structure, Plexiglas cut to look like icicles, and it appears he used layers of Bondo for building up the snowy look on the case surface.
The case features a heavy duty Boreas liquid cooling rig with 15 cooling fans in the back of the case. That should keep it cool eh. And what self respecting custom case would get caught on camera without LEDs,
as you can see this one is illuminated by cool blue LEDs to help give that icy cold look.
