JVC Picsio GC-FM makes its video debut

JVC might have been one of the first to create a consumer HD camcorder, but they’re not leaving their eggs in the high end market, as their latest attempt is to crack the world of pocket HD camcorders currently dominated by the Mini brand.
That said, the Picsio GC-FM has made its debut and not only does it shoot full 1080p, it also has 8 megapixel stills and HDMI out. If that weren’t enough it also comes with a 2-inch screen that is bound to have you squinting to see the damn thing. Price is currently set at ¥20,000 or $220…and as you can probably tell it won’t be coming stateside when its released in Japan at the end of the month, though you’re always welcomed to use eBay.
