First up is the 13.3 inch U350 which packs a 1366 x 768 LED-backlit display as well as HDMI out and ambient light sensor. Processor options include a 1.4GHz Core 2 Solo and 1.3GHz SU2700 as well as a meager 1.2GHz Celeron option. 500GB hard drive options as well as 8GB of DDR3 RAM also make the cut along with a 1.3 megapixel webcam and GMA 4500M or 4500 MHD graphics chipset. OS is set to Vista Home Basic or Premium and an optional 8-cell battery that gives up to 10 hours of juice.

The G550 comes in a 15.6 inch screen body along with Bluetooth, DVD burner and numeric keypad. Core 2 Duo processors that go up to 2.80GHz in clock speed. Graphics options include an NVIDIA GeForce G105M with 512MB of DDR2 RAM. Memory is up to 4GB of DDR3 800/1066MHZ. Hard drive is 320GB at 5400rpm along with WiFi b/g and webcam, HDMI port. OS includes a Veriface face recognition along with Vista Home, Business, Basic or Starter.

Price for the G550 is set to $649 and will be available in June. The U350 is set for a July release and suggested MSRP is $599.
