Man gets arrested for threating to shoot iPhone in Apple Store
By now, you’ve probably learned that whatever you say no matter how trivial it seems can get you in trouble with the 5-0. Appearantly threatening to shoot your iPhone because you couldn’t get it to work or fixed is one of them.
Cincinnati’s Kenwood mall: a man was so fed up with his broken iPhone that he promised to shoot the damn thing if he couldn’t get it to work. He then proceeded to open the right side of his shirt to show he was packing a 9mm (he did have a conceleaed weapons permit though).
The Apple Store employee calmly asked the man to follow her while she got a technician to fix the device. She notified her manager who then notified police and the man was subsequently arrested and charged with “aggravated menacing, causing fear of harm.”
So from that we have learned that if you want to shoot your iPhone, you need to do it in your backyard as the guy below has clearly done.
