It's just a damn show. So he's in a position do to what he wants and not work shitty jobs anymore and get paid well for a tv show. Good for him, bad for us right? I suggest you open your eyes and realize that Mike Rowe is the least of our problems when Bill O`Reilly and Glenn Beck are parading around the screen. So he's making big bucks knowing he doesn't have to "continue" some "dirty job" ... it's a "one time deal". And now he's on the stage of TED (I hope y'all know what TED is) being the heroic and masterful comedian, explaining what it means to be a true worker. He's a marketing rep - he's marketing his "product", and if people don't see that, then they're in the dark and only see the TV as an entertainment device. *ALL* TV shows are all about their bottom line - do people think TV shows are produced for the humanity of people?
