Neutrano ready to release Nutec WristFone watch phones
The Canadian company Neutrano announced it’s upcoming release of its Nutec WristFone at the CTIA show in Las Vegas this week. After a good look over of the NUTEC WristFone, I must say this is one cool electronic gadget. Surprisingly this cool looking touchscreen device supports GSM, SD cards and Bluetooth and loaded with functionality like a 2-megapixel camera with video, MP3,4 & 5 functions, PDA, hand writing recognition, music and video playback, voice recorder, FM radio and much more – but yet it’s still a simple wrist watch. Combining the functionality of a cellphone, camera, music player and wrist watch into one touchscreen device is pure genius.
The Canadian company has two versions of the Nutec WristFone on display at the CTIA show, one in leather and plastic as well as a stainless steel version. Both watches includes a color LCD touchscreen display, speaker, microphone and GSM network compatibility via a slot for a SIM card under the battery. It also supports text, multimedia messaging, mini scheduling, productivity applications, and nine languages. This cool little gadget comes with on-board storage set at 512MB, and a 1GB microSD card is included. The lithium-ion battery is rated to provide up to four hours of talk time on a full charge.
The Nutec WristFone is expected to be available on or around June 15th, priced at about $399.
