Nintendo DSi will arrive in US around April?

dsi Nintendo DSi will arrive in US around April? The latest news on the streets is Nintendo will launch it’s handheld Nintendo DSi in the United States this April. Reliable sources confirm that Nintendo is gearing up to ship the DSi in late March so systems will be ready for purchase at your local market some where between $160 to $180 US Dollars.

The handheld comes with a larger screen, dual-camera system, SD card slot,  photo manipulation software, integrated media player, web browser and a much improved user interface. Without a doubt all the added features are determining the higher cost of this new arrival.

Although the company has never let a word or comment on this latest report but has previously said there was reduced market pressure for the DSi in the US, where the older model has continued to sell well. The report says the high Price has also been suggested as a possible factor with the DSi’s difference and less likely to be tolerated early on.

In Japan, where the DSi is already available, DS Lite sales have been softening and helping the rival Sony PSP as a result. The DSI is a little thinner than it’s predecessor and will come in two colors, Black and White.
