Xbox Live download service Retail games coming to Xbox Live download serviceIts big news for Xbox 360 fans from Microsoft for today they announced some big news. The first being that Xbox users will be able to get full retail copies of their favorite games via Xbox Live come this August.

Basically what this means is for those who cannot afford to waste precious gas to pick up the latest installment of Assassins Creed from the local Gamestop will be able to get the full digital download for the same price over Xbox Live. Best of all we’re hearing that the controversial Microsoft Xbox points will be omitted.

So come August you will have 30 titles to begin with, with titles added weekly.
