Sony says PSP Go launch gives platform 3x sales increase
By now you’re aware that the Sony PSP Go is out and about. What you might not know is how successful it has been for Sony. According to Sony the launch of the PSP Go has caused sales of the PSP platform to increase 300%. What was not made clear is how many of those sales originated from PSP Go or PSP 3000.
Seeing that the Go fails to have a removable battery, no UMD and Sony backtracking on their promise to give free digital copies of games already owned to new PSP Go adopters, that is out of the question for me. But if you’d like one head to your nearest electronic store as the price is set at $250.
